Loy Lowary brings to Ventura Custom Homes the knowledge
and experience of building over 500 upscale custom homes throughout the nation. Ventura specializes in building homes to match our customers' passion and spirit, thus building our customers a place of peace and tranquility. We offer a unique alternative to the upscale homebuilding process by challenging ourselves to be creative and innovative in designing all of our custom homes. Our residential projects have ranged in scope from one to over ten million dollars in price and exceeding 15,000 square feet.

Our passion, creativeness, residential building knowledge and our ability to pay attention to the smallest details has earned us over 17 awards, including winning the "People's Choice Award" twice in "The Parade of Homes" and in 2008 DHome "Builder of the Year" award as voted by our peers.
